Designed as a sister property to Coho Townhouses, this modern looking building is a collection of nine townhouses, all but one of which contain four spacious bedrooms and two full baths. The ninth unit, located on the south side of the building, is an especially deluxe townhouse featuring a large outdoor deck, three full baths and five bedrooms, in addition to a bonus room. For added comfort on hot days, every bedroom has air conditioning. Like Coho, the units are thoughtfully designed with the living room and kitchen/dining area on the first floor.
