Not your typical Paradigm project.

That’s the best way to describe Bellevue Crossing, Paradigm’s first venture in the Bend market, and first foray into low-rise, “garden-style” apartments.

An expanding economy and decade-long drought in new multi-family construction has left Bend in dire need of market-rate workforce housing.
