OUR PEOPLE
Sue joined the Paradigm team in the summer of 2015 as our Executive Administrator. Raised in Carson City, Nevada, Sue earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at nearby University of Nevada, Reno. Visiting her best friend at Stanford led to her move to the Bay Area after graduating and before long she became an executive assistant in several interesting and challenging Chief Executive Office suites – most notably working for billionaire Larry Ellison at Oracle.
After 13 years working directly with tech industry giants, and exceeding their high expectations in the process, she and her husband Matt (whom she met playing co-ed softball) moved to Eugene in search of a better work-life balance. After seven years as an HR Generalist at a local food manufacturer, she was recruited to become executive assistant to the CEO of RiverBend, the largest regional health care provider in Oregon outside of Portland. When the CEO departed, Sue decided that she, too, was ready for a change. By a happy quirk of fate, this decision led her to Paradigm Properties where she has mastered a broad range of new skills while settling into our fun and flexible atmosphere.
